Hi,

the first version of libintl-perl has been released and is available in the
CPAN directory:

     http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/G/GU/GUIDO/

You will currently need a CVS snapshot of GNU gettext to benefit from Perl
support in GNU gettext, the README(s) contain instructions for that.
