version 1.01 of libintl-perl should show up in a couple of minutes under

  http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/G/GU/GUIDO/

This release fixes some minor bugs:

- recoding of ISO-8859-11 had been broken
- Locale::Recode::recode did not return true when invoked with an empty
string.
