Hi,

here is the problem:

$ man -k Locale::RecodeData
Locale::RecodeData::_Encode (3pm) - (unknown subject)
Locale::RecodeData::ASMO_449 (3pm) - (unknown subject)
Locale::RecodeData::ATARI_ST (3pm) - (unknown subject)
[...]

It would be better if the manpage included a title such as
"Description of the xxx character set"
